Biography:

Janette Walker is a passionate Health and Safety Professional with 12 years’ experience in the management of occupational health and safety within a variety of industries including commercial and residential construction, civil construction, water and waste water, retail and warehousing, facilities management, landscape construction/maintenance and performing arts. Janette is a systems development specialist, a skilled auditor and has extensive experience in contractor health and safety management and prequalification, fundamental risk management (keeping it simple), systems implementation, training, emergency management, worker participation / consultation, and incident investigation. Janette holds the NEBOSH International General Certificate (Distinction) and is a registered Health and Safety Practitioner with NZISM. Janette is based in Christchurch.
